QymDeck
A compact netbook and terminal on SOM modules. Hard to do without if you are an engineer, a sysadmin, a radio operator or simply a geek. The specific ports are there: RS232, UART, I2C, SPI, a COM port. The functionality extends with add-on boards. QymOS, its own distribution based on Arch Linux, supports all the peripherals and runs a current 6.X kernel. The extra software, the drivers and the expansion connectors are documented in detail.
